When measuring your wig or hair extensions, you must first take into consideration if the hair is straight, wavy, curly or kinky. The length for wavy, curly and kinky hair is measured by stretching the hair into its straight length. Therefore non-straight styles will be shorter than their advertised length. You may need to order a longer length in order to achieve a desired finished length.
